The Huntsman has added a spectacular old world addition to the clubroom. It is situated amongst lushly landscaped grounds and features field stone fireplaces, an abundance of hand-hewn woodwork, and artisan crafted wood floors. The club house features two large dining rooms and one private room that accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably. In the dining room, our talented chefs create gourmet dining with an emphasis on wild game. Complementing the dining fare is a remarkable wine cellar.

Breakfast
A hearty breakfast menu is offered throughout the season with items such as: Eggs Benedict, Maple-Sage Elk sausage, Buttermilk Pancakes, housemade Smokehouse Bacon, Morel Mushroom Omelets and fresh fruit, to name just a few.
A Huntsman lunch may feature items such as: Venison Steak and Shrimp Salad, a Braised Buffalo Sandwich, Pheasant Croquettes or our famous 1/2 pound Angus Burger.
Weekend dinners and special functions are an epicurean delight. The menu changes frequently with the seasons, but may feature items like Pan Seared Tenderloin of North American Elk and Buttermilk Fried Quail, Great Lakes Walleye with tempura Australian Lobster, and Slow roasted leg of lamb with grilled Duck Breast and Foie Gras.
The Huntsman has an extensive wine cellar featuring small vineyards and hard-to-find wines for all occasions.
